About Colprensa
Colprensa is one of the largest news agencies in Colombia headquartered in Bogota. Editorial offices are based all over the country generating news from their regions.

At Colprensa’s request, MediaFiler developed a news module specifically for combined news releases. This module allows you to link the story text and images that can then be downloaded together. Within the MediaFiler Digital Asset Management workflow, the editor creates a new article, then editor and contributors can both edit the text and places media into the archive. Afterwards, it is easy to update the news story.
Colprensa now uses this additional MediaFiler module to service its clients and found that this ‘total’ service secured an advantage over its competitors.
