Control over the image files
The Marketing Department manages the group’s extensive collection of images, documents and videos in one central place so everyone knows where to look for corporate media material.
One requirement of Marketing is to monitor the use of material; who accessed MediaFiler, what they viewed or downloaded and how or why they used it. This assists them to tailor future video and photo shoots to meet emerging trends.
Access for its suppliers
Eneco has provided its suppliers with special direct access to MediaFiler's Digital Asset Management so that they may constantly upload drawings, screen captures, guides and manuals ensuring that all Eneco personnel simply have to go to MediaFiler to locate new product information or the latest version of a manual or instruction book..
