Digital Asset Management software for nonprofit association Humanitas
Humanitas is one of the main social services and community building organisations of the Netherlands. Humanitas is a nonprofit association which aims to support people who, for a range of different reasons, temporarily can not manage on their own.
Annually Humanitas supports more than 54,000 people who are in need of a helping hand. The core of Humanitas’ services are provided by volunteers. Some 12,000 well trained volunteers are active in more than 700 projects. They are supported by a professional staff of just over 300 people.
An image library for two types of users
To logon to MediaFiler the organization uses a centralized authentication system. The image archive is divided into a company-wide accessible part and a protected part specifically for the Marketing Communications Department. The organisation uses MediaFiler Digital Asset Management Software in a controlled and efficient manner in which the final control over the use of images is with the Marketing Communications Department.
