1. You love hunting for things
Where’s Waldo is your favourite book. Spending hours to find a specific image, you enjoy it. Why would you store all your media files in one central place? That takes all the fun out of looking for things. You love searching!
2. You are an expert in letting go
Your son is just learning to ride his bike without training wheels. You would never consider still running next to him, it will be all right. You have no problem at letting go. What use is an image library that gives you full control? Control over access rights, vocabularies, copyright and why track the use of your photos? Everything will be all right …
3. Plenty of time
You only live for now. You have all the time of the world. The pictures that you transfer from your camera to your laptop, you always resize them one at a time. You have no problem with individually adding all the keywords and details to your photos. An automatic workflow to handle these operations is not for you.
4. You like to train your memory
Every free minute you play memory trainer apps on your mobile phone. You are excellent at remembering any password. It’s no problem for you to remember lots of different passwords. Use a One-time login with the same password for all your applications (Single Sign On). You wouldn’t even think about it. And if you don’t need it, neither do your staff!
5. You like to work alone
You are independent. No one needs to assist you to do a good job. If you have to co-operate with others it slows you down. You already know what works best. It’s not necessary to discuss what images would work best for the magazine cover. Sharing photo ideas with colleagues or clients using the album feature in an image library is not an option for you.
6. Done with social media
Fed up with people on-line pretending to be someone else. Facebook sells your information to advertisers for a lot of money. It’s a complete waste of time of checking your Instagram and Twitter accounts several times a day. In short, you’re done with social media. An image library that allows visitors to share your photos on social media is not your cup of tea.
If you don’t recognise yourself in above mentioned things, please contact us. We would love to tell you how an image library can support you in your marketing and communication work.
